When I started this blog in 2011, it was supposed to motivate me to cook dinner - so that I would save money and improve my kids' nutrition. While those are still two of my goals, this blog has veered somewhat off-topic and morphed into a hodge-podge of food. Food that simply makes me happy. Food that my kids might someday ask me how to prepare. (Food that proves I'm one of those people who has no life, prepares food, and then photographs it.)
More recent recipes are all gluten-free. Older ones were heavy on the whole wheat but I haven't removed them. Any products that I recommend are my personal opinion only.
